David Hunter is a US political and parliamentary consultant. He has 40 years of campaign and government experience. He served as the Chief Clerk of the House and the Secretary of the Senate of the Montana Legislature. He was the Secretary of Labor, the State Budget Director, and the Deputy Director of Revenue. He has been the campaign manager of four Governor’s races and two US Senate races for Max Baucus. Baucus served as the Chair of the Senate Finance Committee and the US ambassador to China in the Obama administration.
Since 2009 he has been a consultant for the National Democratic Institute. He has worked with Political parties and the Parliament in 16 countries.
