Thomas Lechner is an international educator, program designer, and entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience living and working overseas. He is an Adjunct Instructor in the Jake Jabs College of Business & Entrepreneurship at Montana State University, where he teaches international business, marketing, and communications. He has held academic and leadership roles in Japan, China, the Middle East, and Europe, and previously founded and directed an international academic forum that convened scholars and professionals worldwide. His work focuses on building cross-cultural partnerships, designing experiential learning programs, and supporting international engagement between Montana and global partners. Thomas brings a deep commitment to global understanding, exchange, and people-to-people connections.
